How do I play the videos I downloaded?
Windows XP / Vista / 7 Users
- Download and Install Combined-Community-Codec-Pack-2008-09-21.exe
- Click the Windows start button and select RUN
- When a prompt comes up copy and paste in “mplayerc” without the quotes
- You can drag and drop the a video onto this player and it will begin to play immediately
- This Media Player will allow you to watch all of your purchases
- If you continue to have errors please notify my directly and I will rectify any issues you have
Mac OSX Users
- Download and Install MPlayer-OSX-Extended_rev11.dmg
- Open the media player once installed then drag and drop a video from the HypnoSummit onto the player and playback should begin immediately
How do I purchase a lecture?
You can purchase lectures in both audio and video formats. Once you’ve found a lecture you want to purchase, simply click on the “Add to Cart” button under the speaker’s photo. You’ll see the item displayed in the shopping cart, which will pop up just under the main menu at the top of the page. When you’re finished shopping, click on the Checkout link in the shopping cart. On the next page you’ll be able to see the detailed list of items in your shopping cart, change quantities, and complete your purchase.
How do I download the video or audio files?
Once you have completed payment on PayPal’s Web site, you will be redirected back to the www.TheHypnoStore.com, where you will see a download link for each lecture you purchased. Remember to download the products one at a time to make sure each downloads properly.
What if I don’t see at download link at www.TheHypnoStore.com?
If you do not see a download link, then check your email for a message with the subject “Purchase Receipt.” This email will include a link for every item you purchased. Simply click on each link to start the download process. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or junk mail box. If you still have trouble downloading the files, please contact us with your order number, name, email address and a description of the items you purchased.
How do I transfer the lectures to my iPod or cell phone?
The video and audio files have been formatted for all portable media devices. Once you’ve downloaded your file(s) to your computer, simply follow these instructions from Apple to add the lectures to iTunes. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1473
If you don’t have an iPod, you can burn the lectures to a CD or transfer them to any other portable media player (Zune, most cell phones, etc.) Please check the documentation that came with your media burner, cell phone or other portable device for details.
Why can’t you send me a lecture on disk?
To make these files available on a disk, we would have to charge you for disk duplication, shipping and handling for every lecture, which would significantly raise the price per item. However, once you’ve purchased and downloaded the lectures, you can burn them to an audio CD or DVD yourself if you choose. Or you can store all the lectures together in a folder on your computer. For the ultimate in convenience, you can put them on any portable media device (like an iPod or smartphone) so you can learn whenever and wherever it’s easy for you.
Why can’t I find the lecture I’m searching for?
A few lectures are missing. We are aware of the issue, and will be updating this list with the remaining lectures as soon as possible. We will continue to do so after each HypnoSummit.
How do I buy lectures in bulk?
Please contact us for discounted pricing and bulk delivery options if you wish to purchase more than 15 lectures in one order.
Is the video window still the same size as the one during the HypnoSummit?
Yes. The video window is still 320 x 240 pixels. We have optimized the video for viewing on your computer, iPod, Zune, Smartphone, laptop, etc. The video is not optimized for DVDs at this time, although we may explore that option in the future.
Why is my download taking so long?
Our servers are extremely fast and designed for streaming large media files to many people. However, we can’t control the speed of the rest of the Internet. If the download takes more than a few minutes, please do not cancel your download. Simply be patient.
Can I post a lecture on my own Web site or YouTube?
You may view or listen to your downloaded materials on your own devices (ie: ipod, computer or home television). Any other use is strictly forbidden.
Do you have an affiliate program?
